I bought this to use with my electric skateboard. Its never been rained on, dropped, crashed or misused. My head is right on the cusp of the L and the XL size, and after a month or so I decided that I prefer a tighter fit than Ruroc recommend - so Im getting an L. There are some superficial marks and scratches on the helmet and on the face mask clips, but really they only show up because this lid is so shiny!
